The vision and mission of St. Louis de Montfort along with the courage of the pioneering St. Gabriel brothers serve as the pillars of our institution.

Our Montfortian curriculum does more than just provide practical skills and academic knowledge to get our students ready for life. We are also extremely passionate about instilling foundational values of good morals and conduct in our students. This serves as the cornerstone for their positive character formation and growth as well as a guiding moral compass in their lives.

At Montfort, you will have a deeper understanding of your role within the community in fun and memorable ways. Our nurturing training programmes will help you develop your leadership skills, increase your sense of understanding and empathy towards others as well as restore confidence in yourself. This will prepare you for anything that life presents - to be able to say yes to any challenge from any industry.

DURATION AND CERTIFICATION

This is a 2 year full-residential programme. The training will prepare you with the specific technical skills which enable you to obtain the Montfort and the Malaysia Skills Certificate or SKM and also build your confidence to meet the industrial challenges and demands of the career of your choice.

GENERAL STUDIES

Classes are conducted in English and Bahasa Malaysia, where you will be taught reading, writing and comprehension as well as computer skills.

An aptitude test will determine the right classes for you based on your abilities.

GUIDANCE PERIOD

Your well-being comes first to us. That is why we provide you with individual and group counseling needs. Guidance periods happen every week where you will be nurtured in areas of:

• Self awareness
• Leadership skills
• Self-esteem
• Relevant life skills

PREFECT SYSTEM

Our prefects are organised on a house system. Our students are placed in 14 houses, with each house led by a head prefect student government made up of - a Head Prefect, Deputy Prefect and two Sub Prefects.

The head prefect student body is closely mentored and assisted by 8 Headquarters prefects in a centralised system.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING

At Montfort, we place strong emphasis on leadership as we believe that every youth has the capacity to lead and the capacity to create change. Our Leadership Training involves both work and play to form well-rounded leaders ready for whatever life's journey presents.
